Life sometimes doesn't go as expected. When the customer is no longer available for a scheduled move, a process takes place in order to ensure all parties are left in a favourable state. We understand that organising a move takes time and requires manpower therefore MoveChamp gives partners the ability to specify an optional late notice penalty from their profile that can be applied to move cancellations in order to ensure some level of compensation goes their way. This fee is capped at 10% (excl. MoveChamp fee). The remainder of the cost will be refunded to the customer in the hopes that they create a new order at their next convenience.
