Move has been completed, now what?

That's great! We're happy to hear your move has been completed. We trust the team in charge of the move ensured that it was as smooth as possible and conducted themselves in a professional and efficient manner. We also trust the customer presented all the correct information as was available at the stipulated time.


How do I mark the move as complete?

If you're a customer, head over to the moves page of your partner profile and click "Mark as Complete" on the move card. We do encourange and provide you with an opportunity to leave a review of your experience. The MoveChamp partner will also have the option to mark the move as complete from their profile to complete the transaction. If you're a MoveChamp partner, please follow the steps below to mark the move as complete in order to ensure the funds for the service are added to your balance as soon as possible:

  1. Head over to your partner profile.
  2. Click Manage Moves.
  3. Locate the move using the filters provided.
  4. Click Mark as Complete on the move card and confirm.
  5. Head over to your Payouts page and confirm the funds have been added to your balance.
