How do I assign my fleet to areas of operations?
Remember those areas of operation that you stipulated when registering as a MoveChamp partner? Now it's time to put them to use and assign your fleet to these areas. Assigning areas is easy, follow the below steps:
- Head to your partner profile page.
- Click Manage Fleet.
- Select the three dots (. . .) on the vehicle you wish to assign to an area.
- Now click Assign.
At this point, you'll be presented with a toggle for every area of operation you specified in your partner profile. Choose which areas this vehicle will operate.
Some considerations
MoveChamp does not charge the customer for the distance your team has to travel to get to the origin location. The eligibility of your service to customer requirements is determined by whether they fall within your areas of operation. It is vitally important that vehicles assigned to areas of operation do indeed operate in said areas, else your team may spend too much time getting to the customer.
