What if my service is performing poorly?
So you've crunched the numbers and it turns out that your service isn't as profitable as you thought it would be or customers just aren't ordering it. Altering your service is super easy. And don't worry, we keep a history of your changes so you can follow which version of the service performed the best. Be aware that we will automatically unpublish your service after each change. You must publish your service from the service list in order to make is live.
- Head to your partner profile page.
- Click Manage Services.
- Click the Published toggle on the services grid.
We'll prompt you with a confirmation at this point just to be double sure. If all is in order, click Yes to complete the publish/unpublish process. Once your service is unpublish, feel free to make changes and run some simulations. When you feel there a winner on your hands, save and head back to the services list. From here you can publish your service to make it live.
