What if my my team is unavailable for a day?


No problem! From you partner settings screen, you can set dates and times when you will be unavailable. Services will not be shown to customers if their requirements overlap with these unavailability dates and times.

  1. Head to your partner settings unavailabilities page.
  2. Click Add Unavailability Slot.
  3. Complete the required information and click Save.

That's pretty much it. This feature gives you the breathing room to upskill staff and/or maintain your vehicles without the worry of needing to be constantly available. MoveChamp adds public holiday and Sunday unavailability slots to this list if instructed during the MoveChamp partner registration process.
